Rates per room per night and are based on double occupancy and includes full breakfast for two.

Cancellation Policy:

• A three (3) night deposit of the room rate is required to confirm any reservation
  
• Refunds will be made with notice given:
• 1 - 3 weeks - deposit less 50%
• Less than 1 week - no refund available.
