All- Inclusive- $125.00 per person winter and summer.

Prices do not include tax. Tax rate is 8.25%

Cancellation Policy:

• A three (3) night deposit of the room rate is required to confirm any reservation


• Refunds will be made with notice given:
• 1 - 3 weeks - deposit less 50%
• Less than 1 week - no refund available.
